Phil was also an outcast, but he got along alright in school. Having to live with Phil and Phil's dad who was gone half the time, Dan and Phil get to know each other quite well. They soon bond over many things and Dan realizes he has feelings for Phil. But will Phil feel the same way? Will it work out? Or will Dan find someone else through the ups and downs? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~•3•~~~~~~~~~~~ This is my first Phan-fiction. Reading other ones gave me ideas. They look out for each other, separation is out of the question. In a world where everything familiar is dead and gone, just one person standing by your side can be the difference between sanity and chaos, and for the two of them, the other is that person. But how can love survive, when death is looming and one half doesn't even realize it exists? The world is a dangerous place, and even with the help of their not-quite human companion Cat and and group of newfound friends, there are new, unfound struggles in store for the pair and a secret neither of them will see coming. The objective is simple: stay alive. Doing so, however, is easier said than done. ~COMPLETED 11/6/2018~
