She blames herself for not double checking to make sure he was really dead or not. For one brief shining moment, Connie and Daryl find their happy place. But, it is short lived because Connie's past has caught up to her after a year and a half of being among the folks at Hilltop and the Alexandrians. Now, Connie must leave Alexandria with the evil king or he will destroy what's left of the communities post Whisperer war. Not one to take shit lying down, Daryl and a group of his friends go after her. He enters a world that he thought was long dead to get back the woman he loves.
