If you don't know what IEA is its the interscholastic equestrian association  http://www.rideiea.org/  and basically you have either  middle school or high school team (a coach can also have both) and you go to shows. At the shows you are randomly drawn a horse out of a hat and you have to ride it. Your team is required to bring horses to a minimum of two shows per season.
