This is officially the sequel to Yuri!!! On Ice Book 1, but you don't have to had read that one to understand this one. This book carries an Otayuri-based plot and holds no carry-over from the first-- at least, nothing a reader wouldn't be able to understand. Taking place in 2017, this book follows the pair through several years of their lives, encountering obstacles and growing closer all the while. He lived with his Father and older sister Mari, his mother passed away during childbirth with Yuri's younger brother who died from complications from the birth. He often goes to a frozen lake by a small forest and taught himself how to ice skate, it the only thing that makes him happy. He is soulmate less and hopes he never finds his soulmate because he doesn't think he could make them happy, knowing they probably won't love him back. Will both Viktor and Yuri find their soulmates? He works there along with Pichit, Victor, Mila, and Georgi. He makes the pastries for the shop and some of the coffee. Everything is going fine there until a new customer arrives and becomes a frequent. His name is Otabek Altin and whenever he sees Yuri he always gives compliments. Completed! This is a Yuri!!! On Ice fanfiction following the four main characters (Victor, Yuuri, Yuri(o), and Otabek if you weren't sure) through life after season one. Fair warning, when I started this I had no plot-- one developed but it took a bit. The beginning is mainly fluff but once the story (for all intents and purposes) starts, it'll improve drastically.
