A "witch" goes forward into the future, and somehow lands in Forks, Washington. She must find her way to her Wife from the past, only to realize that she is dead. She instead finds her grandchild and tries to carry on with life, before other parts of her past catch up to her. (Also has nothing to do with Twilight, I just needed a rainy setting and I remembered that it constantly rained in Forks.)
