Long ago there was a country called America. The Americans were based on a free country. Some people believed that the Americans were unqualified to run a country, so they revolted. A civil war began, those who wanted freedom against those who wanted order. In the end, order won. Those who were on the winning side built a new government, a more controlling government.... Wes Knightly and Chase Rhyder are two "normal" boys in this new society. Everything is as normal as it's always been.... Until they find out what the governments been hiding.....
