Angels

Holy beings descended from heaven. They act as messengers, protectors and soldiers. They were supposed to be the saviours of humanity but now they have become it's undoing.

Years ago humanity had become so vastly corrupted and full of immense greed that even the angels have gave up on us. Now angels were nothing more than whispers too long forgotten.
They have given up their divinity and accepted the sin that comes from becoming a part of humanity.
Now the angels walk among us committing murders, organising street fights and choreographing heists of the highest calibre. They have lost their sanity and the elder angels often walk the streets searching for food and scraps of clothing.
Drug lords and hitmen now answer to archangels and lower angels will commit any lowly crime to increase their pathetically lived lives.
Angels have become so feared that even the demons are too afraid to reprimand them.
There are legends of angels who still follow in the word of God but those are just simply legends.

Angelique has just graduated from highschool and is on vacation in Europe with her friends.

They plan on going to one of the local clubs but end up leaving Angelique alone when they get food poisoning.

With no way to get home she meets a beautiful stranger but suspects him to have ill intentions.
Little did she know this man in his expensive Armani suit would change her life forever.

Faith can be a strange thing.
