The Chilling Story Of: Carmen Winstead

In 2013, a young girl called: Carmen Winstead was pushed down into a sewer by a group of five girls that she thought were her new friends, at her new High School. She wanted to start a new life at a new school, but unfortunately that didn't go very well for her. Because, as soon as those bullies pushed her into the sewer she was then found dead by her teachers. And, today you can still catch a terrifying glimpse of Carmen according to Urban Legend, it is said that: "If you ever go near manhole covers or sewers at night, then Carmen will get you.... And she will kill you!"
