[Six months after episode 10x20 - Plot is how it was left off on episode 10x20]
Six months after saying goodbye to Claire Novak, the Winchester brothers get called by Jody Mills to look after her adoptive daughters Annie and Claire for a few weeks. Dean thinks it's opportune to call Castiel on the matter, and the two of them find themselves parenting two teenagers, with Sam being more unhelpful than a stick.
Everyone notices that something has changed between Dean and Cass, everyone except them.
