Frank Iero gets knocked into the reality of his poor choices when he's thrown into an all-boys mental institution, for not only mental patients but criminals. The "therapeutic" version of prison where the men are treated as both prisoners and patients. 
Gerard Way was institutionalized at the age of nineteen, now being twenty nine his sentence is coming to a close. But does he really want to go home? Or does he want to impress the new guy and stay with him?
