Blaze is a good-natured ginger tabby kittypet. She always lived a calm life in her Two-leg den. She never strived for adventure, thrill, or pleasure. But one thing she did want, was freedom. She didn't ask for much. Just not to be beat up whenever she explored the twolegplace.

When strange dreams keep coming to her, she begins to wonder whether safety or freedom is better. She goes to her best friend, Spot, for answers. But what he thinks only opens up a bigger possibility. 

Blaze can't help but wonder, what would happen if cats joined together and supported each other, instead of fighting and starving?
