There were many things September Raine knew for certain; in fact ask anyone in her school and they could confirm she was a bit of a know-it-all. However, September knew that behind her pretentiously tragic name she was more than that.

Yes, admittedly, she knew quite a lot but it didn't bother her as she knew she had a lot more to offer and she was lucky to have friends who knew that too. September knew her wacky but loveable parents were too naïve to have foreseen the teasing her bold name encouraged on a daily basis...

It could be worse, she had always told herself thankful she had not been born six months earlier. 'April Showers' would have definitely been a million times worse.

It was what September Raine didn't know that had always intrigued her the most.

For five years eighteen year old September has struggled to understand why she can hear things she cannot explain.

For five years the Fox brothers have held onto a secret that could tear them apart.
