He shook his head as if the truth I told him, hurt him. "Z, I-I told you-" He cut himself off when I shook my head again.
His emerald eyes burned me. They burned into me, but not in the way that made my heart flutter. They burned me in a way that made my skin burn and my stomach churn. His right hand reached out to touch my thigh as his left hand stayed on the steering wheel. "Don't Harry. Please-please don't touch me. It only hurts when you touch me."
Harry had his attention on me as I talked and it felt so good to finally have his attention. The thing I have been seeking since we ran into each other again.
Then I realized something.
Harry wasn't watching the road.
While listening to me, Harry accidentally drove on the other side of the road and a car was coming right at us at full speed.
"HARRY WATCH OUT!"
