That's what the government asked Alpha Engineering to make. And that's what they got.
Except.. not the way they wanted. The soldiers where more animal than human.
The government was afraid and tried to shut the company down.
They failed.
With a company having control over these.. beast something had to be done.
The government asked the James Genetic Base to make enhanced soldiers to counter Alpha Engineering's . This time they turned out.. different than the first. Some may say better but some still see them as animals.
Now, Alpha Engineering is out for blood, and with their soldiers it's not hard to achieve.
