River O. Scott comes from Sudbury, Ontario. She danced pre-competitive for as long as she could remember until an injury at nationals and she is told that she is unable to dance. Timeskip a year and River is reading manga and watching anime when her mom tells her their moving to Japan. Excited, River falls out of the weelchair and she will be attending high school.
