He was a lonely child. But he had one friend. A friendship born from need, a friendship that has stood for almost thirty years. A friendship that has developed, developed to the point that each needs the other to survive. But Sherlock needs to leave. And he doesn't know how he will survive. He relives it, every moment of the thirty years they have spent together. But it will finish. As Sherlock Holmes stands on the top of the building, looking at his oldest friend, flatmate, colleague, lover, he wonders if he made the right choice, becoming John Watson's friend. My addition to the fandom is out - and so is John. - In the year 1997, John Watson finds himself at an interview for a job he doesn't need, and then at the same location of a new university flatmate that he initially doesn't want. Meanwhile, Sherlock Holmes is trying to debunk the Scotland Yard's incorrect description of what is actually a group of mass-murders revolving around a small memory-wiping pill. Mr. Holmes needs an assistant, and Mr. Watson needs a companion. Little do either of them know how much they specifically need one another. [I wrote this when I was early in my teenage years. Johnlock - Do I Wanna Know?
This fanfic is based off a Fanvid I saw on YouTube. I give the owner full credit for the idea, I just wanted to write it out as a fic. Although, I put my own twists on this story and it's original video plot. The main scenario and the way things play out are almost the same as in the video. But I decided to put Lestrade, a little bit of Anderson, Donovan, and Mrs. Hudson in this as well. Mycroft and Mary are also in this. And some other characters from the show are mentioned in this. I didn't want to leave too many people out! John Watson is a high school teacher. Sherlock Holmes is one of his students. Somehow, John falls for the kid. But John is married, so his little (illegal) affair ends, badly. Three years later, John moves to London and is offered a place to stay after his nasty divorce, but, he'll be rooming with none other than his old student. Warning: Smut and Angst xxComplete
