When someone meets their soulmate or they get to a certain age, 21, they get a tattoo on their arm of something pertaining to their soulmate. There are also people who have more than one soulmate tattoo and more than one soulmate. You can tell the difference between soulmate tattoos and regular tattoos because the soulmate tattoos almost seem to glow. But not everyone has found a soulmate yet and that's okay. Zakaria has found his soulmate but their meeting was not quite timed properly.
