Charlie Kendall is what you would call cynical, how else would a boy be if his mother goes missing with no idea as to where she is? It doesn't really help that he you know messed up his friendship with the only person he trusted more than his parents (minus his mother now but you probably go that already)

You would think that Toralynn West would miss Charlie but what people tend to forget is that Tori is a tough girl, if you don't wanna be apart her life then who cares even if you are her best friend.

Tori and Charlie ignore each other, its perfect actually , well that is until Charlies mom is ready to be found but not without a chase and who other than Charlie and Tori to figure it out.

Must be a fate thing.
