Foolish love // Maxon Schreave

"Leave me alone Max. " I say stomping away. "No, please Jazz, wait. " He says grabbing my wrist.

I stop, then look down. Tears slowly leaked out of my eyes, thinking of the last time he did that so me. My dress slightly swishes as I get my wrist back.

"Maxon Schreave, you promised me love, and so did I. Now you suddenly marry someone whilst I go and try helping your people. " I say clinching my fists. "Now I come back, and.. "
I say with tears freely flowing.

"Jazz, please don't cr-" "Don't what Schreave!? Not let my heart shatter from your broken promise? Not cry from the hurt you caused me? " I shout back at him.

He says nothing, but looks down.
"It's not like you'd understand anyways... " I say grabbing the sword from Maxon's belt.
He looks up at me with red, but dry eyes. "Jazz, what are you doing. " He says putting his hands up.

"Something I should've done a long time ago. " I say shoving the sword in my abdomen.
