After Noelle's boyfriend, Chandler, kills himself she completely blames herself. She is the reason they fought and the reason he thought his life was falling apart and so he didn't want to go on. This tragedy hits Noelle hard. She finds sleep something hard to find. She begins starving herself and occasionally tries to kill herself so she can be with Chandler again. When Niall, Chandler's best friend, walks in on Noelle trying to hang herself he decides that for his best friend he will make Noelle better. Even if she pushes him away at first he isn't giving up.
