This is a story about teenagers in High school talking to each other best friends girlfriend/boyfriend. Teresa's best friend dies on the 2nd week in school after battling with Stage 4 Cancer. All students in the high school will attend the funeral to be supportive of Chelsea and her family. Teresa now have to make new friends and hope to be ok through the remainder of High School.

Death. That wasn't a word the family of five would use. It started to become a normal word for the Wingtips when their beautiful mother gets cancer. The middle son who is 12, Ebba is told he is strong like animals he has platinum blond hair like his father and will hurt anyone who hurts him, his friends and brothers. The youngest of the sons is Ash who is 6 he is full of joy and would give anyone a hug and would do anything to make his family happy. But after Ezra 16th birthday things go downhill when his mother gets sick and dies his dad has to return to the FBI to help catch the second generation of criminals, Ezra has a close call to Death twice and they get sent to a boarding school. 16 year old Danae's life is slowly going downhill with trying to get a job and get into college. His mum doesn't make it any easier though. She's hot headed and is always annoyed at Danae because he looks just like his dad, who his mum has just divorced. His best friend Eden is having problems with her boyfriend and Danae slowly develops feelings for her. They hang out and play video games once a week, which is the highlight of his weeks. He doesn't want to jeopardise his friendship by telling Eden he has romantic feelings for her, until he gives in shortly after their shared kiss. Btw I imagine Danae similar to Cole from the Netflix Series: My Life With The Walter Boys. And I imagine Eden to look like a brunette version of Sarah from Outer Banks.
