Dan and Phil have been planning something for a while now. Dan had presented the idea to Phil that they should adopt or take a child in care. At first Phil thought that the fans would think of it in the wrong idea, they would think that it was more than being a help to society, at least that is all it was until Blair came along, not having a clue as to who Dan and Phil are.
