Everyone has a human soul but hes the only one with all of them. still unable to escape from the underground he needs one soul to make all the souls one.  What is this soul? how did sans get the souls?

But that's not all, after everything has been in peace, a new anomaly comes into the town and wreaks havoc on the Surface. How does Ai know her? Who is she? What does she want with the monster's souls? Finally, who is the mysterious Aaron and why does he have connections with this anomaly?
