Samantha and Elliot are both former street fighters. After they both quit street fighting because of Samantha being shot and almost losing her life, it's two years later and Sam is pregnant with baby Gavin.

They have to take on being new parents and dealing with their wedding planner who happens to be Samantha's best friend Sarah who doesn't take no for an answer. On top of all that, new enemies show up and they some how find themselves stepping back into the Arena to fight for their lives and their child's.
