After the death of her mom, Abby Wilson has to move in with her father, who she hasn't seen in seven years. Only to find that he has a new family of his own.

Abby finds herself in problems with his new family, as well as having to navigate through a new high school. Just when she thinks she thinks she has everything figured out she meets him, Toby.

The guy that just can't be figured out. Abby is willing to take all the chances she has to figure him out , will Abby be able to figure out Toby.
