Fanfic Request Book - What I'll Write

I decided to finally start up a fanfic request book, but decided to also make it a book regarding theories I like working with whether they be jossed or not, as well as pairings. It also includes theories and pairings I'm not going to take requests for, or write for unless there is no way I can get around it for a challenge.
