I've never liked the name "The Zombie Epidemic" because they aren't zombies. I should know. Everyone I've ever loved became one. 

Zombies are not real. They are simply myths and monsters from our imagination. 

They, on the other hand, are very much real. But I wouldn't call them Zombies. They don't eat you. They only want to spread their disease. And of course, If you piss them off, kill you.
