It is the month of February and Noel Rose is having a difficult time. Everyone else around him is hooking up to go to the Valentines dance but he has no one. No on has asked him, and he doesn't even plan on going anymore mostly because he doesn't have the time for it. Or love as a matter of  fact. 
      That is, until a new mysterious boy catches his eye. And that boy might have caught his.
