Secrets and lies were never a part of my life. Until, that is, I met him. Then, everything changed. Or, maybe things were always messed up, and meeting him just brought clarity to the obvious. Werewolves used to be the villains in fantasy that I read growing up. The wolf who chased after Red. The wolf who blew down the little pigs' houses. Now, I'm told that they're real, and I am meant to spend the rest of my life with one.

He was my mate, my other half. I was happy at first but like all good things, it must come to an end. Seeing it with my own eyes wasn't the worst part of it though. The worst part was the fact that he had the courage to tell me that he loved me when in reality, he didn't. Running away from him seemed like a good idea and it seems that fate thought that too. Surviving a rough life with an abusive boyfriend and almost continuous fighting at home is hard. I keep everything to myself and to top it off I have so much stress. Wanting to find an escape root to my horrible life I'll do anything to be free...even if its suicide. Coming into my Senior year a new student arrives and he catches all the girls eyes, even mine. I don't believe in love but seeing the mysterious stranger brings me happiness. One day I bump into him and I feel shocks going through my body. Ever since then I've been avoiding him knowing what that meant. He wasn't human.

Graduate from High school, find a guy and get married! but, instead I find out that my father isn't who I thought he was, my best friends lied to me and the guy that I was destended to be with doesn't even want me. and to top it off? I cannot tell the difference between what is right and what is wrong anymore.
