Freedom Comes With a Price (Underswap: Post-Pacifist; Undertale AU)

Chara has managed to free the monsters from the Underground, but not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Tensions between humans and monsters are still strong, making Chara's job as ambassador a hard one to prepare for. Papyrus is on to them about their resets, and he definitely isn't happy about it. Chara's life before the Underground is coming back to haunt them. And on top of everything else, there's a certain someone taking residence in their brain.

This is my very first serious fanfiction (Or anything really) that I'll be writing, so please go easy on me when judging it? I promise I'm trying my best! If you have any suggestions for things I could do better then I'm always open to constructive criticism.
As far as updates go, I'm going to try to get this updated every Sunday at the very least. I may update randomly throughout the week as well though if I have the time for it. I'll always have this updated sometime in the evening Eastern Time so you know when to check (as long as I don't forget).
