Hiro has finally recovered from breaking his ribs while trying to stop a mad bomber. Now that he's back in action, things don't stay quiet for long. Oh, and then there's the fact that the new girl is blind and has a hover board. The story is told in first person perspective and the character is switched every chapter or two.
