"You know right now there is just so much going on in my life: mum'a boyfriend-troubles, school, Beth making my life miserable. And then I am stuck between my feelings for Sam and the way I feel when I am with mysterious boy and Mr. Charming" I explained. After a minute had passed without any kind of answer I continued "And no, I am not okay with you giving me the 'blink-my-eyes'-treatment!" Still no answer. Instead my cat Rose was sitting infront of me staring at me with wide eyes. No movements, no answers. I know normal people would think I am crazy but first: She is the best listener I know and second: I am definitely NOT normal. Well maybe I am normal and because of that I deserve an unnormal life - I don't really care how you want to put it. Fact was that my life suddenly became a roller coaster - you know those kinds where you have time to catch your breath in between and think it is over only to start screaming again in the next second. Six weeks full of adventures, problems, heartbreaking moments, bitch fights and typical teenager problems - that's exactly what is coming up for Lacey Silvers!

The Deal

Originally - you need me Synopsis "Why should I do this for you? What's in it for me?" I cross my arms, frustrated that I have to interact with Xander. "Because whether you like it or not, you need me," he says, stepping closer. I instinctively step back. "For one, Bianca and her minions will leave you alone." I back up until I hit the wall, and Xander places his hand beside my head. "And two, you know that since you moved next door, our moms have been wanting us to be together." Damn, he's right. Bianca has been more bothersome, now that we are seniors, I know she plans to make this school year a living hell. I look down at the floor, deep in thought. Xander lifts my chin, forcing me to meet his gaze. His green eyes are flecked with gold and brown. "Fine, but we need to talk about conditions first." He takes a step back, but his face remains close to mine. "That's fine with me," Xander lifts his hand for me to shake. "So, do we have a deal?" I just fucked up the rest of my high school experience, didn't I. (More detailed description inside)
