Violet Ravenous is completely normal, and that's a bad thing. In the world of the Powered, being powerless is dangerous. Now she must do whatever she can to mimic powers, even if what she needs to do isn't the right thing to do. 
          Casimir Smith is anything but normal, but it's all he wants to be. In the world of the Powerless, a Powered would be killed on the spot. He doesn't know why he has these powers, or how, but he does know that if anyone found out, he would be in BIG trouble. 
          Living in separate worlds, Casimir and Violet appear to be completely different. But with their lives on the line, they could find they are much more similar than they expected.
