But Dave himself wants his eyes to stay hidden, and nobody else has ever seen them. He thinks that if anyone did, they would make fun of him and his good reputation would immediately disappear. The two, basically opposites, find that they actually might get along and relate to each other. But who knows what a simple sentence could do? (this is my second fanfic and the first homestuck one i've ever written so if the writing sucks don't judge! also none of the art is mine. ships included will most likely be johndave at the beginning, and throughout the fic theres gonna be erisol, rosemary, some jadenep, johndirk, and vrisrezi! if you don't like one or more of these ships deal with it.) His life seems to get a lot better after he meets a certain shade wearing blonde named Dave Strider. The two quickly became good friends, both denying their obvious feelings towards one another, and just as they were starting to sort them out together, things just go down hill. In this AU, all of the trolls also live on Earth, and there's no SBURB. The ships is this are Davekat, Rosemary, Dirkjake, slight Erisol and Arasol, Gamtav, as well as a little bit of Vrisrezi, Davejohn, and Davejade I try to write more whenever I can!
