It was the year 2026 and it was10 years after the nuclear war apocalypse, everyone are now living in underground tunnels and the only way to be outside is in a hospital where it’s safe but some are affected by the radiation.
Krystl was born with radiation poisoning and is literally on fire. The doctors take her away but they tell her mother that she was going to die. But she lived anyway and she was tortured for years by cruel unforgiving doctors trying to figure out how she lived and didn't die.
She's not alone when she finds others like her, they try to escape but they will always look behind their shoulders for the cruel doctors that tortured them

AN: This is a story that I wrote and the end of my seventh grade year, and to be honest I started other books and just kind of forgot it. But then in the beginning of my eighth grade year I started it again, and this lasted me all throughout it. On Wattpad, this is what, 20 parts? This is two parted with 10 chapters in the first part, and then in the second part 8. So this is 18 chapters of Fallout references. Enjoy. Tara's father took this way out, and too early. Tara Benjamin is shunned for her rule breaking father and she sets out for him, only wanting him to be there. On her perilous journey she meets Duke, sniper for a Metal Town. Reluctant soldier boy, he joins her. Later she meets Kris, a clown out of her era. Together, they try to fix the world with a huge band aid called murder.Complete

Everything started in 2036. The pollution was so bad that the end of the world was predicted to be right around the corner. As complete panic set in around the world, the rich and important people were all gathered and placed on giant spaceships with enough resources and room to house generations of human beings. Before they left though, the government leaders fired As a result, most of the human population died off and earth was a complete wasteland. The little that survived started building local communities and trying to survive in the destroyed excuse of a planet. On the disaster of a planet, creatures mutated and were born out of the nuclear chemicals; creating new species and monsters that hunted humans. While hundreds and hundreds of years passed, the monsters kept evolving and the people kept adapting while still trying to keep a sort of community. They didn't want to lose all of their humanity and become nothing more than animals that hunted the monsters: then they would truly be no better than the monsters themselves. So they stayed civil while still doing what it took to survive.Complete
