'ATTENTION STUDENTS OF RIVERDALE! NERD FEVER IS A THING!!'
Without hesitation I let go of my thoughts and worries and shouted,
'I hate you Lucas Brooke for taking my color pencil in kindergarten!' I sigh heavily, regretting what I just did
*a moment of silence*
'Great Ava, dumbest thing you've ever done',
I thought to myself
Luca's face is now plastered with a smirk and amusement.
Luca's face moved closer and whispered 'this is gonna be interesting Afle Vow' to my ears.
As His breath continues to linger in my ears. And my face felt the rush of adrenaline running through my cheeks.

Ava or Afle or Ave is a that classic nerd that no one cares about, always under the radar and unknown. But is she really?
There's something no one knows about Ave but her best friend Layla, one of the Populars. One things lead to another and Nerd Fever is something that every Populars wants to get into, except for two jocks. Luca and Bryant (best friends). Since Layla was the one who started Nerd Fever she made it seem as if Ave is the 'trophy nerd'. Sure Luca and Bryant may not have fallen for her words, but their friendship won't get in their way of competitiveness as both goes after Ave to win her.
Who will win Ava's heart?
Nolan, an unapproachable guy who ignores the existence of all his schoolmates, sleeps in all of his classes. Normally, this wouldn't be Chelsea Arnold's problem-she does her best to pay attention in class and attends gym like a good, normal student.
Unfortunately, she just so happens to be his assigned desk partner in many classes. She's frequently forced to wake him in English class and ends up earning the unofficial title of Nolan's Wake-up Alarm-a title that nobody in the entire school covets. The last thing she wants is to interact with him more than she absolutely has to. One day, their gym teacher sends her to bring him back to class, which he always skips for some reason. When she accidentally shines her flashlight in his sleeping face, it triggers a chain of events that gradually intertwines their lives together.
It's hard to be a normal student when you start befriending the school oddball. It doesn't help that he has more secrets than the Big Ben has stairs.
