Every little girl has dreams about the perfect family. The mom and dad loving you and never letting you go. You being their princess, that's what you thought too. That they were never going to let you go. Well this little girl was wrong... I wake up one day in a strange place. A place with bunk beds and dirty floors, wall paper torn and shredded. Old wooden floors that creak when your feet touchdown on it. Nailed down Windows, that are covered by leaves and bushes that have grown along the house. The orphanage ... Rose never knew what it was like to be loved, to know what it was like to have someone there for you. All she knows is sad memories, but what will happen when she is suddenly taken away from the once tan walls, that have now become brown and covered in dust? From the only place she knows as a home? Forced to live with a complete stranger, and who has a mysterious background. With piercing grey eyes, that seem to see right through her, what will Rose do when she uncovers the truth about her past, future, and the mysterious man she's living with. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alex has a dark past, full of violence that he's been running from his whole life .
