Claire Brown was just your average girl.

She was the nerd in school, the one with the big glasses. She would always sit in the front, and would hang out with her best friend Phoebe Smith. She was the quiet, shy, somewhat lonely girl no one ever paid attention to, and she liked that. No one expected much of her and she didn't expect too much from life.

Until a new student arrives at her school claiming she is not from this world, but a Princess from another realm, destined to be Queen someday.

As if that wasn't much of a shock, not only does she find out she's "supposedly" a Princess, but her Prince (and "supposed" fiancé) is the arrogant, popular boy she strongly despises, William Moore.
