She was content in life, just taking things one day at a time learning new techniques and recipes every day. She didn't think life could get any better, that is, until she met him. His life was already a successful one. He was a very private man who's only goal in life was to continue making more money, building his legacy up, despite coming from old money. He was content in life and wanted for nothing, that is, until he met her. ------- "Have a nice day." I told him with a smile as I gave him the box. "Have dinner with me." He told me." Here we go... But, to love someone when things are difficult, when they're not being perfect, when they're messing up, flaws are seen, mistakes are made...that's what really allow you to see how much love there is really. Anyone can love someone who doing and saying all the right things, being everything you want and need, when they're got it all together and it all figured it out. But, to love someone at their lowest, to love someone despite how broken they feel, when they're lost, when you're willing to stand by them no matter how challenging or difficult things may be, that kind of love is a lot more beautiful. That kind of love is a lot more meaningful. Thank you for loving me both times when things are good and bad, up and down. You taste her and she runs through you hot like blood and fire. She never leaves you no matter what, because she too, knows how rare the connection is. You have never had anyone stick by you like that before. She is the safest place you ever know. You are soft for her no matter how hard life gets, she is there and your feelings never change. She loves you fiercely and you feel her love deep in your bones and in your soul. She is the one who makes you feel whole in a way you never have before and that terrifies you.
