"You hate me?" He asked me through gritted teeth while still pinning me against my car. "Yes" I whispered keeping my gaze away from him "Speak up Aria or people will think you're showing a Montgomery weakness " Xander said moving dangerously closer to me. It took everything in me to look him in the eye and say what I had to. Every fibre of my being knew I was lying and he'd probably see through it too but I had to do it. Our families would never let us be together so before they tore us apart I had to end this. "I hate you Xander Montgomery"

Aria Foster has always stood out-not just for her sharp wit and unapologetic confidence, but for dreaming bigger than anyone around her. For her, science is more than grades; it's a way to change the world. But college isn't just experiments and lectures. It's relentless rivalry, especially with Ryan Clark-the brilliant, precise, awkward genius set on joining NASA. They've spent years battling over test scores, research grants, and the spotlight. No one pushes Aria's buttons quite like Ryan, and he's never let anyone challenge his logic-until now. She's daring and unpredictable; he's orderly and disciplined. Both stand on the edge of their dreams, unwilling to lose to the other. One challenge. Two enemies. And a dangerous hypothesis that could blur the line between rivalry and desire-an experiment neither of them is prepared to survive. ✧✧✧ "You love testing me, don't you?" he mutters, grip tightening around her waist. "Maybe I just like watching you lose control," she teases, her lips inches from his. His breath hitches, but his tone stays dangerous. "Careful. You won't like what happens when I finally snap." She leans in, whispering against his mouth. "Try it. I dare you."
