Dealing with mental patients is no joke and not something to be taken lightly, in Lauren's eyes. Working as a therapist, she's taken the vigorous duty to work at it until she became one of the very best. 

Wanting a new scene, she moves to a small town in Nevada. The mental facility there houses a mere thirty patients, allowing one or two to be assigned to a therapist.
