But the thing that truly ruined the world was the nuclear fallout. it rained down everywhere turning the world into a desolate wasteland deserts for miles and miles. Now you live in districts to survive, but what's the good in just being a number. Why would you look forward to a future of infant nothing, can you run from that? Where would you go? Where have the people who have escaped gone? Is that a future? What if there's someone who got left behind? Be nice to Levy; don't wake up Mum. Talk to Aster and Blake, if they come over. Go to bed. But things are changing. People change. And I seem to just be the same. And now it feels like I'm alone in everything I do, even as a twin. And all the while, people are still changing. One of them is desperately sick but doesn't know it. One of them is half dead- literally and metaphorically. One of them I thought I knew more than myself for my whole life, but now I feel like they're a different person. There doesn't have to be a bad guy for there to be a wild story.

My life used to be pretty boring. Everything was average. Normal family, normal looks, normal house, normal job, normal life. The only non-boring aspect of my life was my best friend which was only because she always managed to mess it up somehow. I didn't really mind much because it kept things interesting. That is until she disappeared leaving me to care for her fatherless child with nothing more than a few hundred pounds and a sorry note. She did ruin my old life. She ruined everything that I'd actually cared for. My parents hated the fact that I was 'throwing my life away' for a child that wasn't mine. Not to mention illegally. I dyed my hair blue in rebellion. My own way of saying "F*CK YOU!" ...They kicked me out shortly after. I couldn't find a decent job in the area and the rumors became so vicious that I just left and never looked back. Old life: Destroyed, unraveled, completely gone. Let's see how long my new life lasts shall we?
