After The War of 3062, the world has run downhill. Cities have collapsed, people were slain, and on top of that, due to the sudden radiation of the war, 25% of the world's population has gained powers. Powerless humans enslaved the power wielders out of fear and shackled them with metal collars to disable their powers for the time being. However, one organization known as the Power Wielder Enslavement Abolitionists (PWEA) aim to give liberty to all power wielders.
