Sequel to Alive, taking place about a month after. Things are finally okay between Cy and her family. At least that's what she thinks. Before long, things are back to Gorillaz' version of normal. Murdoc is a total jerk, 2D is falling back into prescription abuse, Noodle is having nightmares, and Russel is trying to keep things calm. But when Cy begins having issues of her own is when things really get bad. Vivid flashbacks of things she hadn't remembered from her awful past strike at the worst moments. She soon finds herself plagued with hallucinations, dangerous mood swings, nightmares, and a depraved new enemy - herself. (CyNu. Dark themes (including depression, suicidal themes, self harm, abusive relationship themes, horror themes, and light gore), smut, and language.) Sloan DiLaurentis didn't mean to find a home in Briar's hockey house. But somewhere between the midnight kitchen conversations, shared hoodies, and Beau Maxwell showing up at her door every night asking to cuddle, the house-and the people inside it-started feeling like hers. Beau was never supposed to be more than harmless flirting. Except now he knows her coffee order, sleeps better beside her, and looks at her like she's his favorite thing in the world. And Sloan's starting to realize she might feel the same way. Too bad keeping secrets in a house full of hockey players is almost impossible. Especially when everyone already knows they're in love. Everyone except Dean.
