(Y/N) (L/N) is a teen who expresses herself through drawing and singing. Only her closest friends truly understand her. Everyone in school thinks she's so nice, shy, and quiet when alone. That can be true....but when she met Thomas Anderson, that all changed.

Now, Thomas is a nice guy who has big plans for the future, but with Lung Cancer, his future is limited to only 2 years. He didn't plan to become close friends with (Y/N) when he moved to Texas from Birmingham for treatment, but life had other plans for him....

These two teens came to an understanding and were close friends. But after months, they were inseparable. Students from their high school would mistake them for a couple at times...As the year progressed, both teens developed feelings for each other. Thomas knew that (Y/N) will be his first and last love.
(Y/N) ,on the other hand, came to terms with those feelings, however, she believes that they'll find a cure for cancer and he'll get to live the life he deserves. Unfortunately, she doesn't know that she only gets 1 more year with him......

Now, let's talk about her friends..... Each one of them come from complicated backgrounds, and they all find a sense of understanding in each other. They all must stick together to confront all of the obstacles in their way....but when people from their past come back into their lives, will their strong bond as friends stay intact? Or will relationships be torn apart as well as friendships? And what's worse, is all of this is happening in the midst of (Y/N)'s and Thomas's short time together.....
