Mutation existed since the beginning of time. It was evident that eventually mutations would result in beings with abilities that surpass those of a normal human. These beings are called EVOs; men and women whose genetic structure gave them super-human powers.
In a new era known as the 'cape age', Nick Blood, an EVO with the ability that resembles that of a game character, finally decided to get out in costume, now stands as the last line of defense against the 'Doomsday', a group of rampaging, villainous EVOs, leaving chaos to the cities they've been to, and now they are heading for Glazed. Will they be able to save their city from the forthcoming destruction, or will it falter and crumble to dust?

After World War 3 in the year 2046 the world changed a lot. Here I am living in the year 2112. The war changed the world, created new countries and destroyed a lot. The total number of countries and nations been halved since then. The world though, was quick to adapt from being a post-war wasteland to a modern utopia. The New World Government was set-up and now faces a new problems. Another thing, Since the war was fought with tremendous amounts nuclear arsenals, this war caused mutations to humans. The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality. I myself, is an X-men.

However not all heroes are ready to give up the fight as the story follows two heroes traveling across the nation that have stopped in the area of Seattle to make a living for themselves and to decide whether to give it all up and seek a normal life.
