Queue back to an hour earlier, and the strangest conversation Matthew had ever had. Well, maybe besides that one with a very drunk Arthur. But really, he was strange. The white hair and red eyes, plus his raucous laugh, and not to mention that little bird on his shoulder. Very odd indeed.
"It went... well. Very well. In fact, I think I'll see if I can go again next time." But not because of Gilbert Beilschmidt, of course. Just because Matthew was a helpful person. Of course.

Technically, it's genetic-something my family has been conveniently passing down for centuries.
