Gerard is a twenty eight year old young man with a passion for art, action, passion and drama. He's addicted to booze, antidepressants and cocaine. That all changes when he meets Lyn-Z Ballato. The bass player of the Punk Rock group "Mindless Self Indulgence" ,that he saw on the Projekt Revolution Tour with Linkin Park, but didn't have the courage to talk to. Before the Osaka music festival in Japan he decides to take his own life. Not focusing on what's really important. When he meets his dream girl, at first he thinks that it's a figment of his imagination. He has a band called "My Chemical Romance". It consists of Mikey Way (bass), Frank Iero (guitar), Ray Toro (lead guitar) and Bob Bryar (drums). This is the story of how Gerard Way put his life together again.
