The humans sealed the monsters underground with a magic spell, after a long war many long ago and thats where they stayed until about a hundred years ago. The monsters had broken the barrier, and the humans were just beginning to get used to the new creatures roaming alongside them. This had caused havoc on your family, your parents hated you, and each other. It all troubled you, so you decided to end it.
