Carter's experience during his short but lively time at high school was not how his friends had excitedly described it to be last year. During the entire first semester of this year, there's been an abundance of drama, love, stress, friendships and laughter, and he hasn't been the only one to experience these. Along the way, Carter's encountered changes that he can't decide he's ready for, but nonetheless consistently appear. Carter, along with Brooke, Nicole and Oliver attempt to navigate their way through changes they hadn't expected coming.  Aren't the suburbs supposed to be quiet?
